Friday Evening – from 8pm – Martin Sharpes Mighty Seven
7 piece traditional New Orleans Jazz Band.
The band started in the early eighties playing mainly private birthday parties, weddings, and advertising events in Yorkshire and Lancashire. Over this 25 year period Martyn Sharp, leader and trumpet, has played lengthy stints in the Silver Bell band in Preston, Malcolm Webb’s band in Bingley, and Dave Brennan’s Heritage Parade band in Rotherham, also Les Moore’s French Quarter band. Most of their tunes are 50 to 100 years old... their repertoire runs to over 800 tunes. They have been active in the Yorkshire/Lancashire area for over 25 years, and have appeared twice on Radio Lancashire
Saturday Afternoon – 3pm until 7pm – Bluekings & The Welsh T Band
The Bluekings are a five piece blues combo who have played together for over 10 years. Although individual influences may vary, they are blues lovers rock solid in their appreciation of a genre that is without doubt popular music's most vital and emotional genre.
The Welsh T Band have regular invitations to blues clubs up and down the country, support slots with Dr Feelgood and superb German touring band Bad Penny and are annual darlings of Colne's Great British Rhythm and Blues Festival...and experience like that you just can't beat. It's made a band that is supremely at home in their natural habitat.

Can You Help?
We’ll need more volunteers than ever before for this event to enable us to look after the growing number of visitors.
There will be many activities from serving beer to washing glasses to keeping the place clean and tidy. You don’t need to be a regular working member and you don’t need beer festival experience, especially during the times when we are serving.
If you think you can help us run the event, in any way, please Click Here.
