  • DISPLAY OF PHOTOS AND FILM MEMORABILIA AT OAKWORTH STATION
  • TEA & CAKES STALL AT OAKWORTH STATION

SPECIAL GUEST: CHRIS WITTY

Chris played the boy runner 'Jim' (the hound in the red jersey) who injured his leg in the tunnel and was rescued and nursed back to good health by the children at 'Three Chimneys'. It later turned out that Jim was The Old Gentleman's grandson 

Chris will be visiting Oakworth station on SUNDAY 4th MAY between approximately 10am and 3pm. and will be happy to chat with visitors, answer questions about the film, sign copies of the book 'The Making of The Railway Children' and pose for photographs.
